Sea Witch is on the move!

Hello everyone!  Wanted to share a photo of my new knee.

I have been blessed with an amazing surgeon and terrific follow up care.  Moving a little slow as I begin my recuperation and the PT can be a little tough, but I have a new outlook on life with mobility.  Funny, the pain I had with the arthritis is gone, capute, fini!!!  The pain I'm dealing with now is close to none thanks to pain management and when I do have it, it is post surgery pain.
If I follow my PT and post surgery instructions, I should be back in the antiquing saddle before I know it.  This Seawitch has just got swim and check out what is out there.  Thank you all for our emails, comments and prayers.  Blessings to you and those you love.  Sea Witch

I've never seen the stitches after a knee surgery, it looks like it would be so painful, but glad to hear it isn't as bad as before! Good luck in your recovery!!

Now that's a LOT of staples! Happy to hear the surgery is over and you are already in PT and thinking positive thoughts about your life with no pain.
You will do great and be back showing us your latest purchases in no time.
Take care. Be strong.

I know it looks more painful that it is! You will be very happy you did this surgery in a few months when you are healed and back to normal activity. Everyone I know who have had knee or hip replacement has been very !happy with the final outcome. Take cgood care of yourself and don't overdo in the beginning
